In this research, the model of command style has been discussed for the purpose of optimal military leadership in a military organization. The leadership style represents the model of the way of managing the affairs of a military organization. In order to develop such a model, taking into account the religious foundations and the literature of governance and desirable and superior command from the point of view of thinkers, in relation to the extraction of the behavioral and moral characteristics of the commander as well as the individual and organizational, supervisory and control, planning and executive, guiding and A control as well as a mission was carried out. For this purpose, the descriptive-inferential method was used to describe, explain and illustrate the model of superior military leadership with a systematic and systematic description of the characteristics and attributes of an ideal commander. The results of this research show that spirituality, ethics, religious insight, science and technology, the rule of religion, reason and law, consultation, responsibility and accountability, trustworthiness, keeping promises and fighting corruption, justice-oriented, anti-arrogance and having the spirit of cooperation are among the basic characteristics. It introduces the ideal model of supreme leadership and military command.
