In today's unstable and fluid political environment of the world, the possibility of war against the Islamic Republic of Iran always exists. In this highly volatile and uncertain environment, it is a national and unavoidable necessity to develop strategies to enhance the combat capability of the armed forces in future wars based on the development of military ideas, tactics and advanced technology. The characteristics of modern wars are the short duration of the conflict, the vastness of the battlefield, the speed of information dissemination, the attention to public opinion, the speed, accuracy and intelligence of weapons, their remoteness, their coalition, and their non-linearity. In modern wars, C4ISR systems play a key role in controlling and directing the war, and preventive and devastating attacks are always carried out on command centers, air defense radar sites and systems, command and control centers, followed by attacks on power plants, ammunition depots, fuel, and the main centers of the enemy's offensive forces. Therefore, the nature of future wars has changed. Future wars will be fought in an asymmetric environment. Future wars will not be the result of mass equipment. Attention to the cyber dimension of asymmetric warfare will seriously damage command and control systems.
