Innovation is especially important in the defense sector. The innovative precision aerial bombardment system is one of 250 weapons systems tested during Project Convergence 2022. Flooding under the wind has and still has severe limitations, and innovation in flooding has created the capability that flooding can be done from any height and in any weather. This allows more flexibility in the mission and increases the safe areas of operations and perfects the rapid entry tactics of the forces. Precision airdrops were originally the blueprint of the US Department of Defense and led by the US Army. The findings of the present research, using library studies, indicate that the US Ministry of Defense by adopting regulatory changes and accepting innovative developments, improving the performance of the organization's knowledge processes, increasing the capabilities and efficiency of knowledge, using "online" military knowledge. And the control of human capital to organize knowledge, has been able to produce an innovative system of accurate aerial bombardment. The result is that the importance of the innovation process in knowledge management has led to the fact that the accurate air load in the battle as a superior factor acts as an effective air support and plays a significant role in the outcome of the confrontation. On the other hand, as this system continues to evolve, the integration of precision aerial bombardment with unmanned aerial vehicles will, in the future, reduce human casualties in this area to zero.
