Critical thinking is self-regulating and purposeful judgment that leads to problem solving and appropriate decision making in individuals. The main purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between commanders' critical thinking and staff perfectionism in an operational division. The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study was 145 commanders of an operational division. The statistical sample size was estimated using Cochran's formula.90 people were selected by stratified random sampling. The data collection tool is a standard questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software. The results showed that the components of critical thinking, analysis, inference and evaluation are related to staff perfectionism.
