One of the factors in the success of a sniper on the battlefield is knowing the appropriate ammunition to the weapon and knowing the ballistics and trajectory of the projectile. One of the most popular sniper rifles is the Dragono weapon, abbreviated S.V.D. One of the common problems with respect to the weapon is the similarity of the features of the ammunition used in this weapon and that of P.K. Of course, these weapons are mainly different in terms of ballistics, cartridges and trajectories. In this research, an attempt has been made to determine the characteristics of S.V.D sniper weapon ammunition using Russian sources that make this weapon. After telling the history, the ballistics, cartridges and trajectory of these ammunitions are discussed and finally presented the shooting table that has been extracted in several regions of the country under the supervision of a technical team. This article is going to publish the shooting table for the first time.
