Management in Islam is a field for service and fulfillment of duty, which is equal to accepting a heavy responsibility entrusted to the manager. Management can take many forms; but it can achieve the great and expected achievements when it is accompanied by jihadi components. If the wise management leads the organization with a jihadi approach, it can achieve non-material and transcendent organizational goals in addition to material goals. Analysis and evaluation of any managerial approach requires better knowledge and explanation. Due to the lack of relevant researches and the necessity to examine the personality traits of the jihadi leader from the perspective of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader, this study indicates that the personality traits of a jihadi leader from the point of views of those nobles include issues such as patience, simplicity of life, duty-orientedness, self-sacrifice, piety, and so on.
