Concerning development of information technology and computer communications, and the deployment of increasing volume, saving, processing and information recycling, and their consequences; it is essential to evaluate the effects of these technologies on improving managers' decision-making process, specifically in military organizations that are responsible for conducting important missions. The research implemented through descriptive-survey method. Statistical population consists of senior and middle managers in a military organization from which 266 persons were selected through stratified random sampling. Data were gathered by the researcher-made questionnaire. The content validity was confirmed by elites. Coefficient reliability was calculated 0.86.Data were analyzed in two levels of descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation) and analytical statistics (Kolmogorov–Smirnov, T Student and Freedman tests) by using SPSS software. The results show that the characteristics of on-time, brief, useful, correct, accurate, clear, transparent, obvious, complete and comprehensive information affect and improve managers' decision-making process.
