One of the outstanding characteristics of military organizations is the discipline so that these organizations are known by these characteristics. Thus, it is necessary to provide conditions to outbreak discipline in military organizations in this way. It is possible to facilitate and accelerate the affairs. It also leads to strengthen the efficiency of organizations. The outstanding aspects of discipline can be seen in organizational behavior of individuals, the order and the employment of organizational equipment and the mechanism of operational procedures. To achieve this goal, we need to use 5s symmetry of environment. Many researches have been done to prove the significance and essentiality of this issue 5s steps (in Japanese Language) include: seiri (sort out), seiton (set in order), seiso (sweep and shine), seiketsu (standardize) and shitsuk (discipline) 5s consists of recounting and separating essential items from non-essential ones; Determining the best place for essential items, cleaning and keeping the workplace clean; And standardizing are the best situations to implement the aforementioned steps. To develop instructional system, incorporating, discipline and inspecting systems are the best conditions to maintain resultant standards. In this essay, theoretical discussions as well as the objective samples of 5s on the basis of military experts of Infantry College are presented.
