Military force’s Job satisfaction can be considered as an indicator of the military commitment to safeguard the boundaries of the country and Islamic Revolutionary values. Accordingly, in this research, the amount of job satisfaction among the IRGC’s officers is surveyed, senior and junior officers have been compared in this regard.The statistical population in this research includes all senior and junior officers serving in a military unit of the IRGC’s Ground Force located in Isfahan. A sample of 200 officers (100 senior and 100 junior) is selected randomly and systematically. These people have been examined within the framework of the descriptive scheme of research as well as a causal – comparative one. The questionnaire of job description index (JDI)is used. Ultimately, the obtained data have been analyzed by the statistical software SPSS12, descriptive statistics, and variance analysis test.The results show that 20% of all officers have a high level, 65% have an average level, and 15% have low level of job satisfaction. Senior officers reported a higher level of job satisfaction (p < o.05), especially about salary and wage as well as workplace. The results also indicate that though job satisfaction of IRGC's officers are by far higher than job satisfaction of military forces of superpowers, policies ought to be to take into account to improve the quality of junior officers' workplace and their attitudes towards it.
