Research results in organization and managerial psychology indicate that emotions and emotional skills have a significant role in organizations. It is related to the fact that emotional aspects, along with his wise dimension, have a great effect on forming individual and organizational behavior of human beings. Thus organizations try to attract and employ staff and particularly managers who have high emotional intelligence. Regarding the sensitivity of missions, different threats and psychological pressures in the military environments, militants, military managers and commanders experience more and sever emotional actions. The employment of emotional intelligence is in administering military organizations including the managing and commanding units, confronting with battle field stress, stability in psychological war and updating military morale. If this subject is taken into account, it will cause to increase the performance and efficiency of military organizations.
