Modifications in training activities require modification in attitudes of designers, executives, teachers and revision of curricula. Thus, the attempts are made to clarify the nature of information and communication technology briefly. It is also tried to consider the effects of technology on effective and efficient learning. This paper has analyzed the effective factors influenced the sound applications of computers and its adjustment with informing systems. The purpose is to drive the attention of teachers and trainers of military training centers toward the importance of computers. In this research, I will deal with essentiality of familiarization with information and communication technologies and the advantage and disadvantages of their uses in military training centers. I am also going to discuss negative functions of it and offer some suggestions on the basis of results.
