This essay examines the methods of shahid kharazi, as one of the commanders of holy defense, with respect to commands and leadership of commanders. To achieve this aim, his methods of commanding on the basis of serving leadership have been comparatively studied. The comparison of commanding styles of holy defense commanders with the theory of serving leadership not only facilitates the details of this theory but also justifies the efficient management of military units. They possess traits like enthusiasm, providence, and effective listening. They are after serving the others, but they do not expect others to serve them. The components of serving leadership are reflected in commanding styles of famous holy defense commanders including Shahid Kharazi. If you compare Shahid Kharazi to a serving leader, you will encounter traits such as trust, resorting, gratefulness, good temper, generous behavior, scouring, interest in subordinates, extensive insights, perspective, predictability, gaining participation, assigning responsibility and the like.
