" Embarking a crime " is a legal phenomenon extracted from criminal laws . Like other legal titles , it has been accepted by punishment laws. of arm forces for example , we confront with this issue in articles No .109 and 128
According to article No . 2 of punishment laws of arm forces, the court martial has to give a sentence in consistence with criminal laws . Any reductions and changes are also to be exerted in accordance with This punishment laws . More over , if the punishment of a crime is not predicted in punishment laws of court martial ,the court should give a sentence in accordance with the same laws.
In this study , we are going to answer the following questions :
what is the definition of embarking a crime ?
How can we distinguish between embarking a crime and in troductory activities ?
what is reduction of embar king a crime ?
