To determine the compliance of researches with required criteria,  we should , first of all , examine it from motivational , methodological , topic and purpose viewpoints otherwise the researches would not be fruitful. The effective elements in holy defense researches consist of human and non – human resources as well as organizational , financial and socio– cultural factors. However, the individual and organizational factors could affect holy defense researches. Organizational factors include negative atittudes, lack of motivation and insufficient skills. Whereas organizational factors consist of ambiguous missions of researchers, regulations and displines and procedures.
The publication of periodicals and the implementation of research projects exist in all research areas. Having not accompanying with science and techniloyical pace as well as the principles of research could negatively impact the results.
To improve the holy defense researches, We ought to pay attention to following issues : establishing database and particular organizations for holy defense researchers ; advertising and improving the related periodicals; holding applied symposims and seminars, guiding teachers activities toward the holy defense ; updating the contents of instructional materials ; upgrading the qualitive levels of holy denfense books ; holding educational workshops for combatants, determining the priorty of topics to be researched by arm forces ; strengthening Bassiji^,s morale in researches ; classifying the holy defense accomplishments ; developing the strateyies and applied procedures for achieving to holy deferse researches.
