The experience of the Imposed War and studying the past conflicts indicate that the casualties and damage to sites and installations could be prevented by applying appropriate principles and methods expending fewer resources.
In this paper, considering the potential threats of the enemies (USA and Israel) the author first deals with different stages of the probable invasion .Then, he refers to the strategy of air attacks of the USA ad the Warden Circle.
To confront this menace respecting the principles of passive defense is vital. Moreover, the significance, objectives and essential measures in this regard are surveyed.
