Nowadays, studying the structure of military organizations, acquaintance with their strengths and weaknesses and safeguarding the identity of every state or nation is obvious for all people. Various studies have been done concerning this issue so far. They aimed at studying and analyzing thd constructive role of these organizations in safeguarding the national and religious identity of different nations. This familiarity may help politicians and statesmen to provide and improve security and welfare for all people in different societies This is also one of the basic requirements of the society that must be conducted at a high level. Moreover, the attributes, strengths and weaknesses of these organizations must be surveyed scientifically and accurately. However, a military bureaucracy possesses some characteristics that will be studied in this paper so far as possible.
