The management of asymmetric warfare is very difficult since the nature of this kind of battle is far complicated and unpredictable. Reliance on military weapons to be victorious has no significance. In fact, overcoming the powerful opponents might be possible only with the aid of reliance on God and human factors. In the procedure of the management of this kind of warfare the emotional and sentimental attributes (morale superiority, bravery and devotion, patience and perseverance, risk taking) and mental attributes (ability to learn, innovation, creativity and flexibility) of human resources must be put into consideration to increase the achievement of objectives.
In this paper, the procedure of the management of asymmetric warfare including studying and cognizing the problems, planning and decision making, executing and monitoring the plan are examined with an emphasis on the above – mentioned attributes.
