Asymmetric war is the most important issue in the today's military world. In delineating of this kind of war, the enlightenment of the real position of people will enjoy a special accentuation. In this paper, we will deal with the statements and experiences of Islam and regime sages. We will also discuss the obtained achievements from a number of wars that the war mongering America has been at one extreme of it. Attempts have been made to deal with this phenomenon in two separate chapters. These two chapters are:
1- The role of people in military defense in Asymmetric war
2- The role of people in civilian defense and duties that the organizations will take care of it.
