The Iraqi regime, being supported by superpowers , waged a total war against Iran in order to overthrow the Islamic Republic and disintegrate the country on 22th September 1980. So much culculated propaganda against the new-founded Islamic Republic was carried out by the Bathi regime simultaneous with the entire invasion. At the same time , the Iraqi regime sent a great number of secret agents and terrorists to Khuzestan province. They were well trained and equipped to conduct various kinds of sabotage. Moreover, the evil regime of Iraq launched a subversive propaganda and published some fabricated books such as “The Political History of the Arab Emirates of Arabia” , “Arabic-Persian Conflict : the Problem of Arabia” and “Al-Ahvaz” .
