One of the dimensions of transformational leadership is mental motivation, which plays an important role in transforming the organization because it can lead to the creativity of employees. The purpose of the research is to analyze the relationship between the transformational leadership style in the dimension of mental motivation and the creativity of the trainers and educational managers of a military university. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of method. The statistical population of the research was 160 university teachers and educational managers. 113 people were selected and analyzed by random sampling using the Cochran formula. Data were collected using transformational leadership and creativity questionnaires. The validity and reliability of questionnaires were calculated with Cronbach's alpha formula. The findings were analyzed using one-sample t-test, Spearman's correlation coefficient, and regression analysis with spss software version 24. The results indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between the transformational leadership style in terms of mental motivation, and the creativity of trainers and educational managers.
