Today, the world experiments the breadth and complexity of modern technologies, which is influenced by the increase and sharing of information and the new threat of a system of domination against nations. Regarding the important political, military, economic, social, and cultural roles of these technologies; the variety of variables, the diversity of threats, the national, regional and trans-national challenges and the multiplicity of international and regional actors affect this issue.Commander-in-Chief (may Allah grant him) with respect to the necessity of technology in soft threats against the hegemonic system says:"If nations can progress in the nuclear and space aspects, in electronic matters, in various industrial, technological and scientific issues, there will be no way for the sinister and bullying of the hegemonic system to survive."With regard to the soft threats of the imperialistic front against Islamic Republic of Iran; the expression of emerging technologies, the positive effects (opportunities) and the negative effects (threats) of biotechnology in confronting with the soft war of the enemy are quite important. This article is analytical –descriptive. It has practical purposes. This study has implemented through library- research and field -study methods.
