In 3rdmillinnum, the concept of irregular war has found a particular position comparison with regular and classic wars. The operational methods and tactics are increasingly being used in battlefields by military forces. One of the methods and tactics of operations is penetrating operation. It provides appropriate backgrounds to strike the enemy in the depths of its teritorries.Conducting penetrating operation requires particular knowledge and skills that penetrating forces ought to possess. This study deals with the concept of irregular wars. It discusses the definition of penetrating operations and various aspects of tactical penetrations (informational operational and supporting) that generally have combat and military applications. Informational needs and basic considerations which are effective in successful tactical penetrations are the other issues that are discussed in this paper. To make the research more applicable, we elaborate on penetrating operation with penetrating methods in the form of land, naval and air penetrations.
